Meet Our Staff
Jeff Sack – Cavalier Gab Editor, Senior Managing Editor, NBA Gab Division
In 1995 Jeff Sack started covering the Cleveland Cavaliers to substitute for a sick colleague. Sack never gave that opportunity up until he moved to Rochester New York following the 2006 campaign. He also came back to cover the Cavaliers home games as Cleveland lost to the San Antonio Spurs. Sack covered a lot of hoops between the Gund and Q Arena during 11 years. Some of of it was during games that the noise from the crowd peeled the paint from the arena’s walls and the play matched the fans passion. Other periods were when the Cleveland Cavaliers had just plain-terrible teams.
This will be a year of transition with the Cleveland Cavaliers as the team leaves the ranks of the elite for a season that will be filled with the unknown. Actually I find it quite fitting that I have come back to my adopted home-town even through the internet to cover the Cavaliers during these circumstances. Our Goal at each of our NBA team sites is to be your number one source for articles, interviews and perspective of sports around the globe in the 21st Century. I have managed our flagship NBA site Slam Dunk Central for over three and a half years and we are ready to take the next step into expanding into team sites. Over the coming weeks and months I want to make Cavaliers Gab your one stop for all things related to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Being last picked to go to a game she took it upon herself to get in the industry herself…via broadcasting…Now joining Sports Gab Network she will be the smallest on the team but the most valuable…from writing and sharing her opinions to on camera appearances for previews and recaps and to getting the backstage “Gab”! Laylah Figueroa across the board is excited about her role as the national female Sportscaster.
