Cavaliers Get Even With A Win Over The Bulls 101-87

CLEVELAND- The Chicago Bulls made their second trip this year to the Q Friday night to try and sneak away with their second win against Cavaliers. Looking back at their first meeting, which was a 86-85 victory for the Bulls, the Cavaliers had not really started gelling yet plus Anderson Varejao was starting in stead of J.J. Hickson. Plus in their first meeting the Cavaliers only got 12 points off their bench.
Since then the Cavaliers have come a long way and were looking forward to getting even with the Bull, and that’s exactly what happened as the Cavalier came away with a 101-87 victory. Things did not look that great in the first half of the game giving up 11 turn overs. Then in the second half the Cavaliers made the necessary to apply their game and did not turn the ball over. “We talked about it and were better with it in the second half,” said Mike Brown, “We knew it was a point of emphasis because it was a one-point game at the half and Chicago had 13 points off our turnovers. We talked about it, but the guys went out and did it, and that was good to see.”
LeBron James was also named “Eastern Conference Player Of The Month” for the 12th time in his young career. James also led the way in the victory with 23 points, 11 assist and 6 rebounds. Mo Williams had 15 points, 7 assist and 4 steals. Daniel Gibson also had 15 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist. Anderson Varejao had 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.
