DETROIT- When the Cavaliers traded for Shaquille O’Neal, part of that trade sent Ben Wallace to the Phoenix Suns. Shortly after, Wallace was bought out of his contract.
Feeling he still has gas left in the tank and something to prove, Wallace is head back to the team where he won an NBA title with. The Detroit Pistons and Wallace have agreed on a one- year $1.3 million deal which is expected to be signed next week.
The 2004 Defensive Player Of The Year Wallace, will be welcomed home with open arms from the fans and the home he helped bring another NBA title.
