CLEVELAND- Thats right, the Cavaliers are looking to put the finishing touches on the remodeled roster as they reportedly offered forward Hakim Warrick.
The team is believed to be offering its biannual exception, which would be just under $2 million for this season, plus a player option for the 2010-11 season.
According to ESPN.com Warrick is considering two other teams as well. The other teams are the Milwaukee Bucks and the Philadelphia 76ers, and both teams can offer the forward for more money. Plus keep in mind he is from Philadelphia.
Warrick a 6-foot-9, 219 pound forward averaged 11.6 points and 4.3 rebounds in 21.7 minutes per game last season off the bench. Plus he played in all 82 games.
If the Cavs can land Warrick this would be a great finish to a remodeled roster that should put fear into every team that faces them this season. I would love to hear how you feel about Warrick and if you don’t want to see him in Cleveland, then who would you want to see.
