CLEVELAND- Day two is in the books as we get one step closer to the 2009-10 Cavalier Girls that will provide the floor entertainment during Cavalier games. This second day of auditions took place at The Quicken Loans Arena (Practice Court), One Center Court.
The Cavalier Girls will consist of the most talented and qualified dancers, and will be expected to uphold a high standard of quality dance performance and community involvement. The Cavaliers organization feels strongly that the dancers should compliment the professionalism represented on and off the court. During these preliminary audition process, applicants were judged on dance ability, crowed appeal, showmanship and individual applications.
The Finals for the auditions will take place over a three day period which will end on Wednesday July 22. Finalist will go through an interview, a solo dance performance and a final dance audition. I look forward to bringing the final selection of the 2009-10 Cavalier Girls.
